Stunning views from the balcony of Circular Quay.
The front desk staff completely ignored my presence, which made me feel unwelcome right from the start. I made multiple special requests for our wedding anniversary, but none were honored. I expected at least a small gesture for the occasion, yet nothing was prepared when we checked in. It felt like the hotel didn't care about our experience at all.

Staying here was delightful, especially with stunning views of the Harbour Bridge from our room. We had a fantastic time walking to the Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, which is super easy with small kids. The kids loved the harbor cruise we took!
For dads, it would be great if the breakfast offered more variety for kind eaters.

The panoramic views of the Harbour Bridge from our Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment were stunning. The accessibility to transportation made exploring so convenient for our family.
The staff lacked attentiveness during our stay.

What an incredible experience! The breakfast was simply fabulous, and having a kitchen to prepare some late-night snacks made our stay even better. The views we had were heart-stopping and brought tears of joy every time we looked out. I'd absolutely do this trip again!

Great Escape for Couples
The balcony overlooking the Harbour was simply stunning, nothing like enjoying a nightcap while watching the ferries glide by. Our room was well equipped with everything, even a washer and dryer, that’s luxury for you, saving us time on laundries!
Sure, it wasn't cheap , but given the views and location, it felt acceptable.

Gotta shout out to the amazing views of the Sydney Opera House right from my room—breathtaking! The breakfast spread was a real winner too, fresh produce that made every bite an adventure. Plus, the staff were always super friendly, which added that extra touch to our stay.
Now, let’s not sugarcoat it—the breakfast service could use a jolt. We waited ages for our drinks, and by the time they arrived, we’d nearly finished. Plus, my shower was a bit too temperamental. When it got hot, it was scalding, and when I tried to cool it down, suddenly it was freezing!

missingWrote a review on 28 Febstunning viewhelpful conciergeearly morning noisebathroom wearlimited dining
The suite offered a stunning view of the Botanic Gardens, Opera House, and partial harbor from the balcony, making for a scenic backdrop. With a fully furnished kitchen and a washer/dryer, the accommodations were perfect for our family. The concierge was incredibly helpful, storing our luggage on departure day and allowing us to make the most of our time. One downside was the noticeable noise from nearby ferries starting early in the morning, and although the bathroom showed some wear, it didn't detract from our overall experience.
